What is Emotional Fitness

Emotional Fitness is all of the following:

  • Ability to relax in a wide variety of situations
  • Having good facial motility (expressiveness)
  • Possessing good body grip (upper body posture)
  • Understanding of how emotions can be stored, processed and channeled
  • Understanding of the four basic emotions: anger, love, happiness, sadness, their physiological characteristics, and constructive ways to express them
