Facial Motility

This is a technical term for the extent to which you can move parts of your face specifically the following muscle groups:

- the forehead: Frown Muscles

- the eyes

- the nose

Each of the above is only slightly independent of each other meaning that it is hard to isolate and move the eye muscles independent of the nose.  With greater facial motility, obviously, this independence can be increased.

Stretch and hold is the main way of altering your resting body structure and improving functionality.
