Emotional Release

The actual releasing of emotional energy, usually stored.  Not to be confused with Processing which is the process, and Channelling which is a place where that energy might be directed.  Emotional release is an important part of emotional fitness, in that it reduces Stored Emotion and keeps the emotional system in balance and ready and open for new experiences.

Pent up emotional energy can be released by processing it in some way and channelling it into a useful pursuit.
