EmotFit is delivered at three levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.

The Basic and Intermediate programmes are taken on a part time basis over a period of eight weeks, enabling you to practice the skills you learn. These skills are designed to be used in your every day life wherever you are. For this reason the programme requires you to do some homework. Effectiveness of the programme depends entirely on your ability to practice these skills regularly in your life. The Basic programme may need to be taken repeatedly until the skills are firmly established before you are ready for the Intermediate programme. The Advanced programme is for those who wish to incorporate the skills into their professional life.
